Found a so called LIVE CHAT thing to talk to them so far it's going like this...

Steve: I have checked and found that in the first mail our admisn has replied you that they have forwarded your email to our cancellation department.and that mail is in queue. Also you have send second mail 1 hour ago so it is also in queue. So, I request you, please wait for some duration you will get reply from our cancellation department within few hours.
Frank Spiers: any idea when I can expect a reply
Steve: You will get reply within two hours.
