In a towered up A1200 the power usually comes from a standard AT power supply. Before i got my Mediator PCI board I had a cable which connected the PSU to the usual A1200 power input. You will need a keyboard adapter to connect a PC or A4000 keyboard to a towered A1200. Try
http://www.eyetech.co.uk/For your other two questions what you need is a 4-way IDE interface, which again you can get from Eyetech. This allows you to use up to 4 IDE devices (surprisingly :-) )
With a 4-way interface pretty much any IDE CD-ROM will work, and I believe Eyetech can supply you with one including software, but it would probably be cheaper to get one from a PC dealer and use a free CD filing system such as AmiCDFS from aminet.
