I think ACA500 could be adopted to A2000. The A500 expansion slot is almost the same as ZORRO slot on A2000.
I'm not sure if A2000 can take accelerator cards on ZORRO slots, because that is what the CPU slot is for. It's possible that some signals are not present in ZORRO slot that are on A500 exp slot. I would have to check the schematics.

I made a comparison spreadsheet and compared the ZORRO-A500-CPUslot.
Looks like A500 exp slot is about 90% same to the A2000 CPU slot, only 6pins are not matching, all other are pin for pin the same.
So A500 exp conn IS A2000 CPU slot.
