I have read on the forums that this converter is not that great and it costs $100, so why not get this one http://www.ebay.com/itm/CGA-EGA-YUV-TO-VGA-arcade-video-converter-US-Seller-/321056801934?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_0&hash=item4ac07a048e and it's only $27. Yes, it's not the best, but it works.
There are many guides on Amiga forums showing you how to wire it to your Amiga.
