Just bought an amiga cdtv!

I have one also, and just recently got a joy / mouse adapter for it on EBAY, which shipped from Poland. Good quality. You can use normal joystick and mice with it.
It works but did not have chance to use it yet.
My CDTV has v2 boot roms with v3.1 roms.

Edit: That reminds me, I need to revise my sig.

Boot roms here and no soldering and then you can use A500/A2000 v3.1 roms:

Here is what I did:
I got the adapter, installed it, and run the db9 cables through the exp port.
I took a black floppy disk and cut out rectangle, same size as the original cover.
cut out the holes with the xacto knife and install the ports.
Looks not bad.
