It's very simple to get it to work:
1. put compactflash.device to sys:devs
2. put fat95 to sys:l
3. put CF0 file to sys:devs/DOSDrivers
Open the CF0 file with ED and see if is configured at least like that:
filesystem = l:fat95
Device = compactflash.device
Works fine in A600 and A1200
