I asked the guy if it was ntsc or pal and here what he said
This Amiga was ftom US and now it will be return to home 
Now Amiga switch on PAL, but I think, you can switch on NTSC in boot menu.
The A4000 has a PAL/NTSC jumper on the board you can either switch the jumper or make a toggle switch. iirc there are some games that switching in the early startup menu wasn't good enough.
