Proposed AROS Bounty: Updated TCP/IP Stack

Requirements:


IPv4 (all core features)
IPv6 (all non-crypto core features)
UDP and TCP protocols. SCTP etc. are optional.

Multicast support
compatible with bsdsocket.library

Suggested by Deadwood:

- must be based on AROS-compatible license (BSD, MIT, etc)
- must be able to use existing drivers API at least for IPv4 mode

I would like to see input from as many people as possible before we finalize what the bounty says.

Couldn't we just keep it simple and say the end product feature list should be a clone of Roadshow's features?

Add IPv6 and we have a deal lol.
