I found another Amiga locally yesterday, I bought a 3000 in box with instructions and tons of software for $100. A bit more expensive than my 4000, oddly enough...
Still, I'm going to get good use out of it. I'll try to max out the RAM and put in a big hard drive. I need to get everything set up, then I will have the machines set up right next to each other. 
I just bought an A3000 recently as well. Where do you live to have cheap Amigas for sale? ;-)
