issue with 3.9 and Wbpattern

Hi,
 
Recent I iprepare a new 3.9 with bag 1,2,3 for my new A1200 060 and every thing fine but I can´t understand why I Can´t change the WBPattern picture whe i do the system show me this error:
 
 
file error
ENV:sys/WBPattern.pref
file its write protected
 
I try to setup the file with right button and then information change to can read, write etc..
 
But Still no work,  any one have any idea what happens??
 
Its a Winuae  environment

Its all ready set to read/write from windows side, you refer to the hdf file mark the read/write box?
 
its extrange situation I can copy move install every thing go perfect the only thing I can´t do its change the desktop image.
 
I will try in the Real Amiga and see wht happens,

But still Can´t change the workbench desktop image.

 
I change the read/write on ENV and ENVARC nothing  Also select all the files in the SYSTEM to Read/write Access and nothing too.
 
Only what I think now to do is copy to a CF and boot from Real Amiga to see, if not then I will try to mount like thomas say the CD-Rom by a mount with CD0: inside the winuae and reistall the 3.9 and see.
