I say US only as I presume that no one would want to pay for shipping to outside the US.
30 lbs or so.
The downside is that I don't have a box big enough for it.
And these are a pain to ship without having the original packaging.
I'll give UPS a call to ask how much they charge for packaging if there's any interest.
