At least I can confirm that it works with Delfina with this :

I would say that there will be some problems, but they are solvable. Mostly because Delfina is still supported and there is losts of about it over internet.

Most of those problems are solved with this :

I haven't need to overclock delfina ever because of mp3

AHI doesn't do that, you need delfinampeg.device to do that, wich is first link in this thread. It need to be configured to program that you use to play mp3.

It is stable, with little tinkering. It was long time ago, when I setupped my Delfina, so if I remember coorectly, best solution is use third party software to init delfina to system, wich is Delfinainit, second link in this thread.
