020 and 030 are quite equalent, execpt 030 has a MMU and 256 bytes data cache, when 020 has only instruktion cache.

020 has a 190 000 transistors and 030 270 000 transisotrs.

What kind of amiga you have? A4000? Does it has a separate CPU bord or is 030 soldered to mobo?

It is original Commodore 68040 borad, it doesn't have memory on it own, max memory wit this is 18mb
