LCD-TV could suprice you, you might get deinterlaced display, but you should use scart.
Install and configure FBLIT to get some speed for browsing and don't forget to read manual carefully
256 colors are to much, you need to use 64 or 128
Forget AWeb use IBrowse, it's much faster.
With those you amiga is allmoust useable webmachine.
