Amiga help/info
« on: June 26, 2011, 02:32:42 PM »
hello - i'm looking for some help selling my old Amiga 4000 desktop. i used it a lot back in the day, but not so much recently so I'd like to pass it on to a good home.

specs are:

Amiga 4000/030 desktop
Picasso IV + concierto module
Cyberstorm MK II (040 - I think)
GVP i/o extender
IBM 2.7GB hard disk
Keyboard (two broken tracks)
Wizard Developments Amiga/Atari Mouse
also

Microvitec 14" multisync monitor

everything powers up OK so as far as i know it's all working (apart from the keyboard as mentioned).

from other ads i've looked at people seem to specify the exact revisions of boards/accelerator speeds/amounts of memory etc. i was never that much into the h/w side of things, so how would i find this out? is there a program i can run (sysinfo?) that will give me all this? ideally i don't want to have to take it all apart...

also, if could someone give me an idea of what would be a reasonable asking price, that would be great.

many thanks for any help!

Scout and ShowBoards are good tools for identifying the hardware configuration. You can download them from www.aminet.net
