Just to explain... I've worked for several companies that had a range of problems, from technical to managerial to financial to personal.  I am currently working with a company that has none of these problems.  The place would be a major Dilbert Zone if nobody had a sense of humor, but when you're sharing laughs with both the IT director and the owner of the company, and get praise for your work from said owner, you never want to work anywhere else.

We sell a tonic made from seaweed :-)  I do web development for them, mostly ColdFusion.

I wanna try that :-) how is it called and where can I buy it?

It is called Original Limu and is only available from someone who already buys it.  We sell it through a multi-level marketing scheme, but unlike many others they don't go door-to-door or force others into it, it is a relaxed environment where people are offered to try it, and if they like it they can get it.  The Limu Company's website contains information about it, along with contact information for regional distributers.

BTW, The GIMP 2 kicks ass! :-)
