LHA is a form of compression, like ZIP, but mainly used on the Amiga (although some PC programs like UltimateZip can load them). You can grab LHA from Aminet
here as a self extracting archive - once extracted and moved somewhere, you can call it from the CLI (you could also download a GUI seperately)
