1) Who is in a UK user group here?
2) Is the usergroup withing 2 hours of Stansted? (I know that SEAL is for starters :-) )
3) Can the usergroup and other people nearby organise a venue?
If they can, then I cannot see that it'd be a problem. But if there isn't anyone like that, then no amount of campaigning could get OS4 in the UK :-(
