While I can't remember the exact solution donutking is right that you need to press the spindle in the middle. Its not a simple case of just aligning the disks. Also depending on which playstyle you go for I am sure that puzzle changes. So an faq might not be the best solution. Read any books and clues again. Also post screenies of clues if possible.
