help with 80 pin scsi and the adaptor

i just got a 80 pin scsi hardrive and a 80 pin to 50 pin adaptador but the hd and the adaptador has a lot of jumpers and i was wonder wich one i have to use

.. id 3 (only 68 and 80 pin )

.. sp sync for 68 df and 80 pin

.. term pwr en ( only 50 and 68 se)



sca adapter id setting
.. id0
.. id2
.. id3
.. mtr rmt-start
.. star delay
.. synchronous
.. led

wich one i have to selec for the best setting or to work ??

is a oktagon 2008 for the amiga 4000
