Winamp skins on amiga amp?

Hi
Most classic winamp skins im downloading not working?Is it because they are bmp files for the buttons? i have the bmp datattype installed..

*Edit* actually i downloaded a skin of the amiga amp home page and the files are iff and they dont work for me either.this is weird as i never had problems in the past but its the pictures couldnt be loaded..

Yes it is amiga ampop which i downloaded from the net and the most recent version.Yeah i know in the past ive never had any problems with skins until i reinstalled my amiga and now i cant use any skins.Oh and i am running this on os3.9 btw...

Well i cant load any skin inc iff format aswell which is how i know there is a problem somewhere as i downloaded an older version of amiga amp and im getting the same problem.
