Stuffed my amiga with Rom update..Help please.

I downloaded BB2 and installed the rom update as it sounded good to get an early boot menu since i cant get 15khz screen mode.Well yeah just typical really my amiga wont boot now so does anyone know a way to get rid of the rom update?

Ok cheers for the reply,could you tell em exactly what to type  just i have no idea really.So what will the old rom be called?Cheers for the reply.

Ok so in the mini shell what do i type then to sort out the rom name whatever?
I really havent used shell hardly at all ya see so im a novice..
