All the files are .c .cc and .h, which I know are source code files, it also doesn't seem driver dependent in the one readme I could read (archived readme, there were like 3, but like since all same name windows just kept one unarchived) so like yeah... it looks like its s'posed to be plug-in able and usable by itself...
