on the subject of analogic....
I once took an A3000 there for repair and they said that they hadn't had much luck with them and they gave it a try but couldn't fix it lol. (it still isn't fixed today) :-(
Then one other time I bought a 500mb scsi hard drive from them and they sent a 200mb one instead!! so that had to be sent back and I had to get the correct one sent instead.
