Depends on which formats are accepted by Moviesetter and at what sampling rate. I guess it needs IFF 8SVX with limited sampling rate. Resampling and format conversion may be done with Audacity (GUI application) or SoX (commandline tool). Audacity runs on Windows and Linux, SoX too, but there are also ports of SoX to Amiga.
