You do not need an emulator. You can mount .adf disk images as ordinary disks. For this you use system tool
FileImageCtrl. Launch it, select an empty unit, then use "Insert". You have a virtual device now, but not a disk volume yet. Launch another system tool
Mounter, select fileimage.device unit used just before and click "Mount". Voila, your ADF is mounted as a disk.
