Duke Nukem Speed issue

Does anyone know how I make this game hit just near 15 fps on a A1200/060@50mHz? w/P96...

I've tried to add buffers as suggested in the :rtfm:

But still the game is zZzlow... (my guess would be 1 fps...)
Hmm... Does any one know the "golden" setup for the dear Duke?

-This includes P96 settings, MMU, Vblank...???

Is Oxypatcher a commercial prog then... Never heard of it before now...
