Amiga 2000 Harddrive problem

I bought  a amiga 2000 from a garage sale and today while converting
adf files to disk i did not change the destination to dfo and left it on dho
so now my harddrive is not working.  I do not have any install disks .
All i have is a manual for a GVP impact series 2 user guide .
Is there anywhere where i can get the install disks or another option on getting this working again .

I  went through everything that came with this and found the install disk in the middle of an Amiga Basic book !
Thanks to everyone who responded .. Now i am off to look for 3.1 roms on Ebay

I was doing file to disk and i had the dho selected as destination
and i got an error but hit continue and it messed up the hard drive so now when i boot i get an error message not a dos disk in unit 0.
I tried booting from a workbench disk i have but then i do not see the drive.
the controller card is a  gvp hardcard a2000-hc2

Nothing is saved .. I transfered the adf from my pc to the hard drive on the Amiga with Amiga explorer then  i was writing them back to disk from the amiga and wrote it to the dho instead of dfo and screwed it up.
If someone can tell me how to reformat this without having the disk
or where i can buy them .
