Motorola still makes the 68060, in fact it is one of the highest-selling chips in Mot's lineup.  Speeds availible at up to 120Mhz if they've met their roadmap.

Are you sure?  I do recall an 80Mhz model being out a few years ago.

But I don't keep up with 68k CPU's because there really is little point.  As you point out, the Coldfire is cheaper and faster for 68k apps, and the PowerPC is much faster in the same price range.
