Amiga Inc. established itself in 1985 as the premier provider of multi-media technologies to the world.

Amiga, Inc did not establish itself in 1985.  It began in 1999 as Amino, and bought the name in 2000.

However, seems like an interesting event, even if from the tone it sounds as if I'm not invited.
