The AGP 8x spec removed support for AGP 2x cards or below.  This would
immediately eliminate every working card for the Pegasos.

To the folk asking about AGP:

AGP 3.0 supports 4x and 8x.

AGP 2.0 supports PCI, 1X, 2X and 4X

AGP 1.0 supports PCI, 1X and 2X

The Voodoo barely rated at AGP 2x

As for the earlier S3 and Permedia cards, I'd not even try it on an 8x bus.

@Kronos

Wanna see the old Amiga Crossing store?  I still have a picture here of Bruce and Debbie Bowman somewhere around here.
