Get a network adaptor. A lot of NE2000-compatable PC-card ethernet adaptors will work with the 1200.
Q.2 What hardware do I need 
PC-card ethernet adaptor with a driver (check on Aminet for those), CPU accelerator (I recommend the Blizzard-060), probably a bigger HD and CD-ROM (Get the CPU card w/ SCSI adaptor, and get external units)
Q.3 What software do I need to Surf to web on my old A1200
AmigaOS 3.9, Voyager 3.3 or better, the drivers for your ethernet
Any help or link to tutorials will be of great help.
I am using my PC now but would love to get the Amiga on the "NET".
