Slightly incorrect, there was a beta of a 3.2 ROM inside of the Walker prototypes. I don't think anyone has ever made a ROM dump of them tho.

I would still not have access to the source code, only a ROM dump I could use in UAE.

They own the machine, what is illegal for them to allow access to it for the purposes of creating a backup "dump" of it's ROM? They are not running the machine, so it's ROM can be used for a copy of UAE if given permission by the machines owner, aka Bill Buck.

Of course he has the Walker. He's always had the Walker.

I kept pestering him for the plans so I could build myself one for my Pegasos.
