Why is it taking the AROS people 75 years to make an Amiga OS clone when it only took Genesi like a year?

I wonder how much the motivation to get things done on AROS would increase if they'd settle on what AROS stands for. Is the R for research or replacement or what? Then again, the UAE folks can't decide what UAE stands for and look at what they came up with.
