IIRC, Wayne has a written license to use the above on this site from AI.
I dunno about written, but I do remember something way back where someone at Amiga said Amiga wasn't going to go around making websites stop using the amiga name. I think it might have been McEwen on one of those UGN streaming audio chat things from an amiga show.
In any case, without looking deeper, and on first impression, removing "amiga" seemed like a retaliation rather than a protective measure. :-/
