That would explain the recent Hyperion/ACube team up.

Then again, so would the "settlement" things at the bottom of the documents page. I'm guessing, too, that the RSS page is faulty because of the Google things.

Look at the summary of the currently unavailable document number 199. Looks like things are getting close to wrapping up:
