is there deluxe paint functionality on xp or mac

You know how you could take something in Deluxe Paint and type in some numbers and have it move around and rotate? Is there a program for windowsxp or macintosh that does that same thing, only in freeware? It's modern times now, so if the numbers could be typed in automatically using mouse positioning, that would rock harder.

Cosmigo, from looking at that link, has animation. That's what I was looking for, but I goofed and forgot to use the word "animation" in my original post. I'll give a gander to the programs people mentioned and see what's up, but if anyone has any (other) animation programs to mention, mention away! :-)
