Check out the ebay listing. It's not really crummy, but it is just your regular, old, Amiga mouse. If you know how, you might want to replace the clicker buttons inside.

I bought some years and years ago at an amiga show. I think it was Tom's Hardware or something who had them. The wife part of the team said that it was a standard part and they just found out which part number it was. Don't ask me what that is, though.
