He told me he gets "donations" of old computers from people and he then resells the stuff he does not want.

One time he tried to get me to send him the floppy drives I had. He PMailed saying that I should send them to him and he would determine if they worked. The idea being that he'd pay me for the working ones, I guess. I declined the offer. Maybe that's the kind of donations he gets.

The problem with that is that you need a credit card to get an account, or at least I remember having to need one when I joined.

Maybe this TJ character is DM him(her)self or meerly a stooge for the DM machine.
