I think that you don't have a major problem. Most likely the programs you are opening want to use Amiga screen resolutions and shoving the video through the Amiga's video outs. If you don't have the scandoubler for your CV643D I'd suggest that you just plug that 1942 back into the Amiga RGB port and see if the video is actually going to it. If so change screen res from Amiga ones to the CV643D ones. If the program won't allow it (only older games and some old old program might be this picky) then just use the 1942 for the programs that hate the CV643D
Oh and just a side note. If you do have a scandoubler for the CV643D make sure that in CyberGraphX in Prefs has the tooltype passthrough ticked. (Just double-click cybergraphX and select the tooltype tab when the window opens)
