I am planning an interview with Jeri and Jens for OSNews.com with regard to the c-one and Catweasel tomorrow. If there are any questions anyone would like to see answered, then you can suggest them here or send me an email.

I am planning to publish this interview somewhere next week. So stay tuned.  :-D

A Sinclair One, now that would be very cool..

That's also possible with the c-one. There's a CPU slot on the board which could take a great scala of 8-bit CPUs, including a genuine Z80. The OS is stored on a Compact Flash Card, which could for example be updated with the Sinclair ZX 80's OS.

My interview/article will likely emphasize that the c-one is a reconfigurable solution, not solely for c64 fans.
