graffiti card what does it do

Individual Computers: Graffiti

Does anyone know what this does and will it improve amiga display?
Also does it act like a scandoubler?

i will let u have there grafitti card.
I might buy a flicker fixer for my amiga 4000 even thou it will only display ocs or esc modes but im only using it for games at the moment.

yes m8 that was me just wanted a amiga 4000 scandoubler instead which im hopping to buy in the next few days
