Same with vmware, no burning required. You can also extract them with 7zip or use Windows 10's built in virtual dvd drive, or use a 3rd party for your OS of choice. I also have a Zalman ZE-300 external HD which allows you to drop the iso on to the drive and it will appear as a physical drive you can boot from. No shortage of options!
