Another option would be checking on craigslist (if you are fortunate to be in a large area). NEC CRT Multisyncs are very very nice displays. People snatch them up all the time on the arcade mame forums. Usually you will find business' offering them for less than $40 for 20 inch displays and just want to get rid of them. NEC multisyncs have RGB input.
