hmmm...i can't prove it but when i heard Amibay.com was back i tried to log on using both links, everything looked ok and my anti-virus software didnt pick up anything (MS Security Essentials)  however now the PC is running very slow and couple of applications (media player and skype) froze and closed down

is MS Sec Essentials good anti-vir software, i used to use Norton360 but we can't afford it now

MSSE is pretty top-notch; the authors of AvG recommend it (if you're not going to use their app, that is).

yeah, that miniscule 89% of the computing world.  I'd heard a rumor that tiny group of about a billion computer users was still active; I wonder if they have any fansites or anything.

Anyway.

No, I'm not "constantly paranoid" about jack because I run a secure system.
