Warp3D, WarpUP P96, prometheus, Voodoo 3 2000 etc etc
« on: February 28, 2004, 04:32:16 AM »
I am trying to get Warp3D up and running on my setup.

Currently:
A4k w/CSPPC
96MB Fast
Prommy w/voodoo3 2000
WarpUp 5
Warp3D 4.2
Basic OS3.9

Somethings not right, not even the Warptest demo works. It just exits. 68K gears demo crashes and ppc gears demo gives me an empty box.

Ideas?

Don't make me slap you 2 :-P

Yes there is a Warp3D driver for Prommy(Voodoo3) and yes the prommy/voodoo is installed.

Still no luck, weirdness. I have an ultra basic OS3.9 setup. This must be something simple because it simply isn't working at all.

Ideas?

@Rogue

Thanks for the response, I figured it out yesterday. I somehow must have gotten confused and installed an older version of P96. I also needed to manually change the env settings.

I must say, your games I have tried so far on this setup is extremely impressive. Quake II, Freespace and Heretic II(Demo) absolutely fly.
