Ouch sorry to hear:-(
I pretty much know how you feel though. I had Chicken Pox as an adult about 7 years ago and it was the absolute most miserable experiences I have ever had, topped only by when I had Mono as a teen. It's much worse to get as an adult than it is as a kid.
