Don't you remember my guides on using the Promethues in a desktop case about ~2 years ago? It can be done fairly easily with right angle adapters.

This is the best I could find in a quick search.

Prommy in a A4000D

The pictures are no longer there, as they were hosted with Anachronism Industries. From memory the A3000 is similar. The differences is the A3000D case is wider, but shorter. You lose one more zorro slot, but you don't have to use a flex adapter. You can use a rigid right angle adapter. I forget which part number, if you search the forums you can probably find the discussions.

I no longer own an Amiga, so doing a new guide would be tough :-(
