Sure, and when it stops working, you have to wait 2 years to get it repaired

I saw DCE in the title and cringed;-) however DCE doesnt handle repairs/replacements, Genesi does. So far IMO Genesi has handled this well.

.. reminds me of some other Amiga company that does not have office at all....

There is not enough money in the Amiga market to justify a "brick and morter" store from dealers. That's fine and dandy as long as they deliver and offer support after the sale as long as they don't lie about it.

I can only think of 2 companies who have actively misled the public about the size and status of their company. Amiga Inc and Merlancia.
