Avatar help? Patrick Star needs something?

Maybe someone with better with art programs can help? I think Patrick needs a Judge wig. Anyone think they can pull off a judge wig on Patrick, preferably with the ice cream cone back on top of the wig?

Yeah it is an ice cream cone. Patrick is really stupid to begin with, so that is already a given. In the episode of Sponge Bob I got this from, Patrick was eating an ice cream cone. Patrick had to think about something simple, so he put the ice cream cone on his head before going deep into thought. Yes I've watched a lot of Sponge Bob, I have 4 kids!

The idea was good natured fun. Patrick is a dummy and he is deeply considering a coupon. It's idea was not to point the finger at coupon buyers and call them dumb, just a bit of ribbing at all of us. Heck, I was a coupon pumper all those years ago. Boy is that embarrassing looking back  :oops:

A few years back Patrick got his "I am Amiga" Tee-shirt, now he will become the judge
